We are a small practice tucked in northern and western Charlotte-Mecklenburg.  Close to Mountain Island Lake, Lake Wylie, uptown Charlotte, I-485 and Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, we are accessible to everyone, and easy to find!

Northwest Family Physicians is an intimate and personal practice, and due to the longevity and dedication of our staff, you are not a just a number…..we actually know your name.  We are not affiliated with a large hospital organization, but we have access to all of the resources in the area.  With a lab and x-ray on site, we can accommodate your medical needs, and we even have same day appointments open for your convenience.

We’ve been caring for patients for more than 20 years.  We see everyone from newborns to geriatrics, and we provide minor surgery and well-patient care.  We can handle your pre-employment, workers comp or pre-sports exam, and our physicians are board-certified in Family Practice and are re-certified on a regular basis.
